To ensure the best possible service, we have established the following policies. We kindly ask that you review them before your visit. *CANCELLATION POLICY • 48-Hour Notice: We request a minimum of 48-Hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee. • Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 100% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full cost of the service booked. •Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. •Failure to complete cancellation payments, will result in being unable to schedule any future appointments with us. •If a no-show or change of appointment request occurs frequently, it is up to our discretion to accept future appointments with you. •How To Cancel: Make cancellations directly with your service provider or via phone call/text to 989-318-3980 or email at sentamg@gmail.com. Messages from our website or social media are not valid forms of cancellation, and our cancellation policy will still apply. •Booking confirmation: Appointment confirmation requests are received via text or email in advance and it is the client's responsibility to manage their appointment time. *GENERAL SPA RULES & ETIQUETTE To maintain a serene and welcoming environment, please follow these general rules & etiquette during your visit: • Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time for check-in and to complete any necessary forms. • Quiet Environment: To ensure a peaceful experience for all guests, please keep conversations to a minimum and set mobile devices to silent mode. • Health Conditions: Inform your therapist of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your treatment. This ensures your safety and helps us tailor the service to your needs. • Valuables: We are not responsible for personal items and recommend leaving valuables at home. • Children & Pets: For safety and to maintain a tranquil environment, we kindly request that children & pets do not accompany you to the spa unless children are receiving a service. • Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in the service price but is graciously accepted and appreciated. Tips can be given directly to the service provider or added to your bill at checkout. • Late arrival: Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to avoid delaying other guests, but the client will still be charged for the full service. •Professional conduct: We expect respectful and courteous behavior from both guests and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason. •Booking and deposits: A credit card is required to book an appointment and/or deposit is needed to book SOME services. •Accepted payment methods: Forms of payment accepted (e.g.,Cash PREFERRED Credit cards with 3.5% service fee) *GIFT CARDS • Purchasing Gift Cards: Our gift cards are available for purchase at the spa, They make the perfect gift for any occasion! • Redemption: Gift cards can be used for any service at Ascension - Senta's Ritual Wellness Spa. They must be presented at the time of redemption. • Expiration and Balance: Gift cards expire 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. Any remaining balance after this period will no longer be available for use. Please ensure that you are aware of this timeframe. • Lost or Stolen Cards: Treat your gift card like cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards, and they cannot be replaced. *GIFTING A CARD FOR SERVICE Gift cards make the perfect surprise for anyone deserving a day of relaxation and rejuvenation at our spa. If you're planning to delight someone special with this thoughtful gesture while keeping it a secret, follow these simple steps: -Enter the name of the person receiving the service. -You're welcome to use your own phone number and email address so the recipient doesn't receive any notifications. - A valid credit card is required to secure the appointment, and you'll need to enter your own card information when booking.
